Introduction

The DNA Merchant Portal provides merchants with the Pay by Link tool. This allows merchants to manually create and send our payment links to their customers. Clicking the link generates a custom and securely hosted payment page where they can make the preset payment to the merchant in their own time. This solution is detailed extensively in our Merchant Portal User Guide.

DNA recognise that this functionality has many uses however it is limited to manual interaction inside the Merchant Portal. For Partners who wish to utilise this functionality directly, we have created the RESTful Pay by Link API.

You can use this to create, update and cancel payment links, as well as retrieve existing payment links. This allows your solution to manage payment links directly, providing your merchants with all the flexible functionality of this solution without the onerous manual effort required.
